CONVENIENT RETURN
We care about the full satisfaction of our Customers. If for any reason you want to return a purchased product, we offer a simple and convenient return process via the "QUICK RETURNS: Paczkomaty24" service. You have 14 days to do so.
How do I make a return?
1. Complete the Returns Form
- Download and complete the Returns Form found here . Make sure all information is correct and legible.
2. Prepare the shipment
- Pack the product with the completed Return Form. Remember that the product must be in its original packaging and must not show any signs of use.
3. Report the return in the Customer Panel.
- After logging in, select the product to return.
4. Shipping CODE.
- You will receive a SHIPPING CODE via email. On the prepared package , clearly place the 10-digit return code (you can even write it with a marker or pen). There should be no shipping label on the package, the details of which could mislead the courier.
5. Send your parcel via InPost Parcel Locker.
Refund
- Once we receive and verify your return shipment, we will process your refund in the form of your choice:
- Bank transfer – to the indicated account number.
- Refund to payment card – if payment was made by card.
- Refund to PayPal account – if payment was made via PayPal.
- The refund processing time is up to 14 business days from the date of receipt of the return shipment.
Return Policy
- Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be:
- Unused and undamaged.
- In original packaging, with a set of tags and labels.
- A completed Returns Form must be included with the shipment.
